Our parent-and-child playgroups are small, thoughtfully designed groups that support growth through guided, purposeful play. Starting as early as 3 weeks, each group focuses on a specific area of early development, encouraging connection and movement in a nurturing environment. It’s a judgment-free space where parents can ask questions openly and leave with greater peace of mind.

For tummy time, we recommend your own blanket and favorite comfort item(s). For all other playgroups, you don't need to bring anything in particular!
