What do we do?

Are you a mom of a medically complex child? Do you juggle the ongoing list of various appointments or schedule your life around tube feedings? Are you wanting to find community with other mamas who just "get it"? Come and find the support of other moms who are going through this journey too. We would love to meet you. Upcoming meetings: August 22, September 26, October 24 | 6:30 Look for special guests and topics to be announced! **8/22: Bethaney, Villages PT, will guide you through deep diaphragmatic breathing which is a great tool to slow the heart rate and provide relaxation. While breathing we will also talk through a full body scan and guided imagery to relax and let go of tension. Led by mama to 3 medically complex children, Christi Gould. Hosted by Climb Performance Therapies in partnership with Villages Child Development. Refreshments will be provided.
